Electromotive designs, manufactures, assembles and sells performance electronic ignition and engine controllers for the serious amateur performance and racing enthusiast. We sell our products, primarily through Value-Added Resellers (VAR) and Authorized Installers/Tuners around the world via our telephone sales channel and our web store at www.electromotive.com.

What Do We Do with Your Information?
When you purchase something from Electromotive, as part of buying and selling process, we collect personal and business information such as name, address, email address, telephone number and credit card payment information.

When you browse our online store, we also automatically receive your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Using your email address, with your permission, we may send you emails about our store and new products or information we believe you might find valuable. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

How Do You Get My Consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, you are providing consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Credit Card Information
When you choose a direct payment method in our e-store, www.authorize.net stores your credit card data, your credit card details are not stored on the e-store server. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

All direct payment gateways adhere to standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our e-store and its service providers.

Third-Party Services
In general, the third-party services used by Electromotive will only collect, use and disclose information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party services, such as payment gateways and payment transaction processors, and shipping companies have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide them for your purchase-related transactions.
